BVLC is a local community project aiming to provide training and access to ICT facilities to all communities in the Breadalbane area of Scotland’s first National Park.

We started as a group of willing volunteers in 2004 and now are able to employ 4 people on a part time basis in our three internet cafes and in admin. Our parent company is Breadalbane Lifelong Learning Trust with representatives from all over the Breadalbane area.
